WARRANTY

All the devices listed on our website come fully refurbished, tested and will function like new. Our team performs over 30 tests on each device before we ship it to you and for peace of mind we include a free warranty on all items sold. Our extensive warranty allows you to get a repair or replacement during your warranty period should any issue arise.

PRE-OWNED REFURBISHED DEVICES

Each pre-owned refurbished iPhone or Samsung has a 24 month in house warranty. iPads, AirPods and Apple Watches have a 12 month in house warranty. All batteries are covered separately for 6 months. Should your device go faulty within the warranty period the device will be repaired or replaced with another unit of the same model upon inspection.

All warranty returns need to be accompanied with valid receipt or proof of purchase.

The following will void the warranty on the device

Any physical damage to the device
Any water/liquid/moisture damage
If the device is opened or tampered with

ACCESSORIES

If any of the smartphone accessories purchased are faulty upon arrival we can exchange or refund the purchase, thereafter if any faults arise it will be exchanged. All accessories are covered for manufacturing defects according to the manufacturer’s limited warranty, unless stated otherwise. This does not cover any accidental damage or breakages.

All free accessories or gifts included will only be replaced or exchanged if faulty upon arrival and no extended warranty is offered.

REPAIRS

If the repair is not covered under the warranty we can offer a free diagnosis and cost for repair. All parts fitted or repairs done on devices have a 6 month limited warranty.

The following will void the warranty on the repair

Any physical damage to the device
Any water/liquid/moisture damage
If the device is opened or tampered with
