Processing & Delivery Times

We offer free express shipping in Ireland with An Post/DPD and delivery within the EU with DHL. Our free standard delivery option is automatically applied to your order when you spend more than €50. If your order does not qualify we offer low shipping rates calculated at checkout. Once the order is received every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible. 

Due to an increase in demand please allow an estimate of 1-3 working days for your order to be processed. All orders placed outside of working hours are processed the following working day and are not included in processing times. Once an item is despatched you will receive a tracking number for the shipment and in most cases the item should be delivered to you next working days. All processing and shipping times are however estimates only and vary depending on demand, stock availability, courier performance and location.

The last date for orders with guaranteed Christmas delivery is Monday 19 December 2022. To avoid disappointment we would advise ordering as early as possible as offers are valid while stock lasts.

What are your Christmas trading hours? 

Our offices and delivery services are not going to be operating normally over the festive period. Order processing and delivery times will unfortunately be impacted by this. When placing an order with us or when contacting our team please take note of our trading hours over the festive season.

Our trading hours are as follows:

  • 19-23 December 2022: 09:00-17:30
  • 24-27 December 2022: CLOSED
  • 28-30 December 2022: 09:00-17:30
  • 31 December 2022: CLOSED
  • 1-2 January 2023: CLOSED
  • 3-6 January 2023: 09:00-17:30

All the devices listed on our website come fully refurbished, tested and will function like new. Our team performs over 30 tests on each device before we ship it to you and for peace of mind we include a free warranty on all items sold. Our extensive warranty allows you to get a repair or replacement during your warranty period should any issue arise.

Each pre-owned refurbished iPhone, Google Pixel or Samsung has a 24 month in house warranty. iPads, AirPods and Apple Watches have a 12 month in house warranty. All batteries are covered separately for 6 months. Should your device go faulty within the warranty period the device will be repaired or replaced with another unit of the same model upon inspection.

The following will void the warranty on the device

Any physical damage to the device
Any water/liquid/moisture damage
If the device is opened or tampered with

EXTENDED RETURNS - FESTIVE SEASON

We are offering an extended return period for the festive season. Orders placed between 25 November and 25 December 2022 can be returned until 22 January 2023 as a change of mind return. Please note the standard warranty and return terms and conditions apply and you still have to check the item upon delivery.
